The Geier (German: Hilfskreuzer) was a British cargo ship named SS Saint Theodore, captured by the German commerce raider SMS Möwe in the North Atlantic in December 1916. First put into Imperial German Navy service as an auxiliary ship, the Geier operated in the South Atlantic until 14 February 1917 when it was scuttled near the island of Ilha da Trindade.[1]
